Improving mechanical property and microstucture evolution of 7075 aluminum panel formed by unequal alternate double-sided laser shock forming

چکیده

With thrust weight ratio increasing, integral panel is an important component to reduce the aircraft weight, and it a great challenge ensure forming accuracy mechanical property in large-scale panel. Laser shock has development prospect realizing improving its properties. This work investigated unequal alternate double-sided laser forming, which can make 7075 aluminum form induce hardened layers both sides. The improvements were analyzed properties microstructure evolution of panels after forming. In surface subsurface layer, residual stress microhardness verified be enhanced by wave. results XRD EBSD provided evidence grain refinement. strengthening mechanism was this work. grains are distorted refined during high strain rate plastic deformation due dislocation slip accumulation. refinement have significance inhibiting crack generation growth.
